After Care for Doberman Ears
Below please find the videos outlining how to post your Doberman puppy's ears. There was just two of us making the video, which didn't work very well, so I am going to be redoing it in the next couple days with my neighbor's help so it will be much clearer.
If you have ANY questions, don't hesitate to call or email. Also, if you find another method on line that you are more comfortable with, feel free to try different methods out. The two main things about posting is making sure the pup is comfortable and being PERSISTANT. For a couple of weeks of effort, you will have a stunningly beautiful dog for its lifetime.
It is very common for one ear to stand and one ear to need more help. In cases like that, its best to keep both ears taped.
IMPORTANT: please remember your pup has reduced ability to hear with the tampons in its ears. Don't think she/he is ignoring you - they may not be able to hear you.
